Delivery & Shipping Policy

Ledger Suit is delivered electronically through your online account and business workspace. There is no courier, physical shipment, or shipping fee.

New users may receive access to a free trial according to the plan and offer displayed on the website.

For paid subscriptions, paid-plan access is normally activated after the payment provider confirms a successful payment and our systems successfully process that confirmation.

In most cases activation is automatic. A delay may occur because of payment-provider processing, security checks, service interruption, or a technical error. If payment was successfully charged but your paid access is not available, contact support and include the account email and payment reference if available.

Because Ledger Suit is a digital service, there is no physical delivery location. Access is provided online, subject to account eligibility, service availability, and applicable law.
